If you are a fan of artisan beer, this dinner is for you! Chef de Cuisine Peter Birk personally selects (a difficult job, but someone has to do it!) some of the finest handcrafted Northwest brews, and creates a 5-course dinner to perfectly complement each beer’s richness and depth. With the brewmasters on hand to discuss their craft, this dinner is a deliciously educational event not to be missed. $40.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
