Unleaded Drinks for Mardis Gras
If you will be the designated driver or if you are throwing a Mardis Gras party and would like a good option for those who are designated drivers, there are a few beverages that you can offer while staying with the New Orleans theme.

Another alternative is Chicory and Coffee, although it might be a bit late as most of your sources for this are going to be online, at least outside the south. Probably the most famous Chicory and Coffee is that made at Cafe Du Monde, the New Orleans institution. There are other sources though, such as the several varieties offered by the Orleans Coffee Company.
Or you may want to try something like Lavendar Lemonade, another easy but tasty alternative that lends itself to big batches.
As you can see there are lots of interesting alternatives that embody the spirit of New Orleans without including spirits!
