I wouldn't worry so much about the siphon bottle, as you can't get the home-delivery glass siphon bottles that I'm just about as young as you can be and remember, and which are the only source of real Brooklyn seltzer.&lt;br /&gt;

FWIW, I think Fox's U-Bet is most traditional, but I like to make egg creams with my own homemade chocolate syrup. (And I'm a third-generation Brooklynite.)</description>
