I guess it's how you look at it.  Although the baking time is long (or the mulling time for the sangria) the actual amount of active prep time is pretty short for both recipes.  But yes, you do need to plan ahead.  :-) &lt;br /&gt;

The only drawback as I see it is that they are time consuming to make.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But pleasing the palate is always worth the time and effort.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
These recipes are great weekend projects.&lt;br /&gt;
