Long Island Beer Festival on May 12th in Huntington
This Friday night (May 12) from 6 until 10 pm at the Huntington Hilton in Huntington, New York, beers from all over Long Island, New York, and the World will be served up at the Long Island Beer Festival sponsored by Shoreline Beverage. For the $45 entry fee you get unlimited tastings of a long line-up of beer and food. Also the Long Island blues band, The Outliers, will be performing. There will be guest appearances by Garrett Oliver, brewmaster of the Brooklyn Brewery and Phil Markowski, brewmaster of the Southampton Brewpub. Also Tony Forder, one of the publishers of Ale Street News, and the Beer Goddess are slated to attend.
