I took a look at that post and it is very interesting. One of my references for this project is the Culinaria Italy “cookbook” (more of a history/travel/slice of life book with recipes!). And they have a whole page of various citrus liqueurs. Once I get the limoncello down I’m sure I’ll be expanding my repertoire!
