I have also purchased the USA version. The two forms are not the same thing. The real thing is so smooth that you are unaware that it is in your mouth. US version is simply drinking vodka. You can sometimes get buffalo grass at russian groceries and you simply stick a few blades in a bottle and wait a month or so. It's a yummy yuletide treat.<br /> <br /> I can also tell you from firsthand experience that the stuff has mild hallucinagenic qualities.
