We tried this as a pre-dinner thing today, on Thanksgiving. For most, it met with overwhelmingly good reviews... Definitely worth keeping in mind in the future!

In that case, I'll have to try that this weekend... It sounds like a good drink for Thanksgiving Day... Something lighter to cut through all the Tday food... In fact, I have some Teton Glacier vodka in the freezer; all I need is the satsuma!

Hi Curt! I'm just going to leave the ribs alone for now... but wanted to tell you that this drink is only as girly/sweet as you make it! I'm with you - I like my cocktails with a bit of a bite - or maybe tang is a better word. So no sweetie stuff for me!

I hope this doesn't start a WellFed War!!! :) There may be more than one way to cook a rib, but not all are worth the effort. ;)

The drink sounds pretty good, though! I'm too much a purist when it comes to drinks sometimes, sticking with old tried and true drinks. As long as it's not too girly/sweet, I'm ok with it... No appletinis for me, please!

Now Colin,
There is more than one way to cook a rib! Yes, Sal's slow roast method is wonderful but these little guys are pretty dang good!

Baked ribs - booooooo. At least you didn't boil them.

I hope Sal doesn't resign from The Spirit World in protest.
