					<description>I'm wondering if you might consider the lowly shandy as a potential beer cocktail.  The beer is not that important -- something in a cheap American pilsner is probably best.  Squeeze in the juice of a small lime and add sacharine, wch dissolves very quickly (versus sugar). Serve with ice.   Goes very well with spicy fried fish or boiled shrimp.  A word of warning: the sacharine makes the beer foam vigorously, so be careful.</description>
