Many of the spirits companies have websites where you can glean cocktail recipes and news of events as well as find information on their products. One site that’s kind of fun is theBar.com which is a site run by Diageo, the folks who bring you Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Bailey and Tanqueray among many other brands.
One of the fun gimmicks on this site is that they have a “live” bartender, Jack Parker. You can chat with him, ask him for recommendations on a drink or he’ll tell you stories - pretty good for a virtual “real” bartender!
The site also has drink recipes, searchable several different ways and if you check out the “Occasions” section you’ll find food recipes, too.
