Try including Mashed Yams and Sweet potatoes as an added treat . I actally made one in a large pan also ..Potatoes on top with a 2 inch layer of ground beef and chopped veggies , corn , celery , mushrooms , green pepper and spices. When serving put on some Italian dressing , sour cream and shredded cheese...Use you immagination on this one...
