The Grande Bretagne comes to mind and went over well at a recent cocktail party I helped out with. Baker insists on using extremely fresh eggs. It helps if you have a <a href="http://cluck.dreamhosters.com/" rel="nofollow">backyard flock</a>. :) Now I have to try a Clover Club! Charles Baker’s drinks books are full of egg.
