Smirnoff Blueberry VodkaThis June, Smirnoff will add the eleventh bottle to its range of flavoured vodkas - Blueberry. A flavour that they promise will “Fuse the essence of ripe blueberries with its premium vodka “With its sweet and tart texture, Blueberry raises our flavoured portfolio to a whole new level.”

This new flavour is ultra-smooth and highly aromatic, prepared using the same triple distillation and proprietary filtration process that has made Smirnoff the world’s number one premium vodka brand.

The unique blueberry flavor lends itself to refreshingly innovative cocktail blends. Besides enhancing a variety of traditional cocktails with a burst of flavour, such as the vodka martini, it can also add a new fruity twist to such drink classics as the Mojito. A splash of Smirnoff Blueberry adds a tangy surprise to typical lemonade and makes a delicious Blueberry Martini.

The 750ml bottle has a suggested retail price of $14.99.

Blueberry Martini

1.5 oz Smirnoff Blueberry Flavoured Vodka
1 oz of white or red cranberry juice
1 oz of tonic or soda
Squeeze of Lime
Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass

My first port of call for spirits is Drinkon.com, an excellent range of vodkas and other spirits. Sadly the Smirnoff Raspberry is not listed.

They do have the Stolichnaya Raspberry Vodka at £16.49 and Scots Cheer Raspberry Vodka at £15.25 though.

this stuff tastes really good! fill a glass half full w/ ice, pour in 2-3 shots of blueberry vodka, top it off w/ cranberry juice. its delicious!

tall glass fill with ice blueberry vodka, red bull, and tad of grenadine. and you got katie blue balls…yummy

Man I just picked some of this up and it is nasty, especially if you are taking shots. It tastes like those blueberry Sour Punch Straws you get at the movies. My girlfriend almost threw up.
