Pisa Nut Liqueur

Piza LiqueurAvailable in the States for quite some time, I beleive, the Italian nut liqueur Ouza has just been launched in the UK.

Pisa is a nut liqueur with a ‘distinctive leaning bottle’ is made from almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts and makes for a serious alternative to liqueurs such as amaretto.

The distinctive leaning bottle is a homage to Pisa’s most famous landmark, backed up by the use of embossed script on the vertically-lettered label.

In the UK Pisa is listed by DrinksOn for £16.69 for a 70cl bottle. A Pisa cream liqueur is slated for launch later this year.

DrinkOn suggest a cocktail -

Pisapolitan

25ml Pisa Liqueur
5ml Grey Goose Citrus Vodka
5ml Noilly Prat Red
50ml Orange Juice

Pour all ingredients over ice in a long glass. Stir well and garnish with an orange slice.

I know Pisa exists here in the states. But where the heck do I find it? I live in NJ.
