My brother's girlfriend loves champagne cocktails, though the most we've gotten her to drink so far is the Kir Royale style ones. She's not a fan of very strong drinks (she has a remarkably low tolerance) but the St. Germain has been a big hit with everyone I've introduced it to. And the Hendrick's is the gin that got me into gin... I’m really interested in that St. Germain 75.
