Washington State has a "state run" liquor system, so all liquor stores are sort of part of one large chain. You should be able to find Dry Fly products in most of the liquor stores in the state.

You can specifically use this website:
http://www.liq.wa.gov/services/brandsearch.asp

To find products, and addresses of the stores that carry them.

Gentlemen:

I recently read about your distilled products in the Seattle Times. From what I read I decided to try your Dry Fly Gin. Hoping to find a pint of your beverage at my local state liquor store here in Gig Harbor, I visited them; alas, they sold only 750 size bottles. Not wishing to be, possibly, stuck with a large amount of undrinkable (for me) gin I passed on the opportunity. (Being a insulin dependent diabetic my alcohol consumption is severly limited). Do you have plans to bottle your gin in smaller sized bottles in the near future? I am still intrigued by your ability to make a decent gin.

Yours truly,

[...] Collins: Washington Style When I first heard about the Dry Fly distillery via Robert Hess on the Spirit World, I was intrigued. I am a big fan of all things Washington, and although this isn’t really the same as buying local, I guess it is as local as I am going to get. A couple of weeks ago while at the liquor store I was looking for a new bottle of Gin and I happened to notice the Dry Fly label attached to a shelf. Temporarily Out of Stock. Just my luck. I guess I’ll just get a bottle of Tanqueray. Been out of that for a while. [...]

WooHah,
I just opened a bottle from batch number 2 and made a Martini. Very good! Slightly sweet with a hint of vanilla. I have a new favorite.

W00t for Washington!

I've been wondering about your perspective on "micro" distilleries, Robert. It's a growing movement and industry in the U.S. Lots of ferment in the figurative and literal sense.

Wish we could find a way to get you to the <a href="http://distilling.com/" rel="nofollow">American Distilling Institute</a>'s conference in April. The topic for 2008 is whiskey. For that matter, I hope that the Dry Fly folks can attend, too. With samples!
