Best Faye,

Your post is very interesting and I got quite a few eco tips there. In the "budget class" Terre Laviche Frascati Superiore is a real nugget, I think. That white wine has the most organic pleasant taste I've ever come across. Real character.

Thanks,

With a recent EU study showing that all conventional wines contain pesticides (some of which are carcinogenic), choosing biodynamic and organic wines becomes even more appealing--not only for the planet, but also for our health. Thankfully there are are pioneers such as Scott who are making it easier to finds these wines!

Ms. Mermey has done it again! I found her (review) last fall while looking for THE place to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. I can't wait to try both the Wine Cellar and some of these wines. Looking forward to her next entry.
