If anybody was left out of consideration, it is because they didn't get nominated by anybody (even themselves). And the nomination list shown here is not the "full list" of those under consideration, just the "short list" which was worked up after careful narrowing down based on the details provided. What about Tokyo, Germany, Spain, not to mention several NYC mixologists who have been revolutionizing cocktail menus around the world. Shingu, Alex O , Junior,etc. Those who do not neccessarily have the time or schedule to attend or are buddies? Its a serious profession.These guys are the traveling ambassadors for us.. Some of New Yorks Finest are not event mentioned...Cmon guys, if you are giving out prices, make sure the whole world is included in the world's best, not only the insider family..!!! thanks Dear Committee,

And the West Coast is represented this year again, with nominations from Los Angeles and San Francisco. This set of nominations was whittled down from a much larger list of candidates.
